T-Mark Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric - Buffalo

I had a dual fuel system (heat pump with furnace for low temps) installed by T-mark. The company was responsive, punctual, professional during stomata and install. The installers used turps and paid attention to be clean and were respectful of property. Installation process and paperwork were clearly explained. All my excessive questions were being clearly and professionally explained. The installers explained thermostat operation and were helpful with phone setup. I have no reason to complain. Warranty was explained.

Needed a new hot water tank in an emergency as it was leaking from the top. Got ahold of them and they came within a couple hours, evaluated and booked for the next morning. Came in, fixed everything and went above and beyond to fix some other furnace and tank issues without extra cost or asking. Very friendly and did a great job. Will definitely call again for future issues and highly recommend.

T-Mark was recommended by a few friends, so we decided to give them a try. Our experience started with our initial call, which was answered by Claire. She could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. We loved speaking with her. We informed her that we have a 100+ year old home, so we needed someone familiar with the particular plumbing issues of an older home. Don was certainly the right person! Within minutes he knew what our issues were and was able to provide guidance and solutions. We are very satisfied with our experience with T-Mark, would recommend them to friends and family and will definitely call on them in the future as needed.

I decided to upgrade my heater, ac unit, hot water tank and used T-mark because I used them at my previous house and had a good experience with them. Two years later and things have changed with this company. I had someone that gave me a quote that started with a g and ended with a g. Google doesn't allow to give out names. This person failed to tell me how big a 15 ton ac unit was. When it arrived I wasn't happy and he told me the size to go down would only be 2 inches lower. We called American Standard and found that not to be the case so we went forward with going down a size. We felt that was very shady. The pictures show this. When the new unit came, it was damaged. It took a lot to get a panel replacement from t-mark and when one came, it was the wrong size! They ordered the original one on the order. I was understanding, but now it's going on over a month and I feel like they are dragging their feet with this. American Standard advised me to reach out to another hvac company and see if the part is in stock and use that company. This is going to leave me with taking t-mark to small claims court. You spend close to 20k in cost and this is the experience I get stuck with. I did reach out recently to a manager to leave a message given what is going on and they don't even respond. Buyer beware! You can see the difference in sizes of the ac units that one is much taller from the standard size and the dent in the new one.

Nick at T-mark did a great job of reattaching our electric cable to our house. He was pleasant and the price was good. The photos are the before. I’ll post the after now if I can figure it out.

We had a maintenance call for our ductless a/c for routine service. It was incredibly easy to schedule online, there is all kinds of warning of impending service arrival, and the price for the maintenance was more than fair. Logan was our tech, and she was amazing from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and efficient, she explained everything in a way that was still easy to follow. I would absolutely call T-Mark again.

Quick and informative!!! Saved my sanity! - until 2 hours later when it backed up again and no one can come till Friday! And I may be charged or given an estimate for a service already performed… sure tell me about how I need to get a camera in my drains and then ensure I need you to come back and do it. ******Update***** Anthony from T-mark is doing everything he can to make the situation correct he even sent out another technician to review the issue who snaked the drain again and made sure that it was flowing. They are also sending someone out with a camera just to be sure so thank you Anthony for making this right I appreciate your efforts. I would like to say that everybody was super helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was that it wasn’t done right the first time but thank you Anthony for all your efforts.

Our home just reached being 20 years old since new and it was time to replace all the original mechanicals (Furnace, A/C system, & Tankless water heater). It made sense for us to have everything replaced at the same time as repairs were becoming needed more and more frequently. Adam and his team did a fantastic job! They explained everything in detail and everyone was very courteous and professional. They removed all of the old units and cleaned everything up each of the two days they were here. We have had T-Mark here in the past for some Furnace repairs and their technicians were always thorough and professional so they earned our recent business. Their full replacement quote was reasonable and in line with other reputable heating and cooling dealers. We also felt comfortable going with T-Mark as the brands they install are considered top notch for quality and longevity (American Standard furnaces & Navien Tankless heaters). We are very pleased with everything and hopefully, we are good to go for the next 20 plus years or longer! Thanks again! David
